We’re on the lookout for a new Account Director 1:1; a person with drive, passion and energy to create something great and embrace challenges.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Be responsible for successfully leading a portfolio of e-CRM assignments, building strong client relationships while driving a team to achieve strong program outputs and results
  • Be a leader, reinforcing the company’s value and culture
  • Advance the professional development of the people in your group, be able to delegate and monitor their work 
  • A hands on leader, who is capable of coaching and motivating a team of juniors

 

What you bring to the table. 

  • You’re a leader, confident, assertive and enjoy the challenge of working on a large, fast-paced account
  • 5+ years of experience working on 1:1 
  • Experience with end to end email marketing
  • Understanding of CRM and database management
  • Aptitude for reviewing analytics reports and applying key learning 
  • Ability to lead multiple projects at once while mentoring direct reports and their growth
  • Strong Leadership and Presentation skills
  • Process and Solutions-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player with an open mind and commitment to excellence
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills
