Your role 

You will be responsible for supporting the development of world class digital advertising campaigns in paid search. As part of the Cossette Media Performance team, your core responsibilities will be creating, executing, reporting on and optimizing campaigns that meet and exceed our clients growing digital objectives. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a self-starter and thrives in a team environment. 

what you will do.

  • Support your team in building world-class paid search programs.
  • Carry out campaign implementation, traffic and quality assurance while respecting Cossette deadlines and best practices.
  • Manage the maintenance and cadence of paid search accounts
  • Contribute to the development of strategic ideas and presentations/reports for clients
  • Support your team's financial processes in budgeting, reconciliation and time management.

 

what you bring.

  • Experience in the field of paid search: < 1 year
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Exceptional analytical, attention to detail and writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of mathematics and statistics
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a burning desire to succeed
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising principles
  • Experience with web applications, digital advertising systems and analytics programs helpful, but not required
  • General knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
  • Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance our clients work and objectives
